klondikesolitaire.com has no accounts, no sign-up, no ads and no advertising trackers. This page lists everything the site does with data, in plain words.

What is stored in your browser

The game keeps a few items in your browser's local storage so it can work without an account. They never leave your device and are not sent to us:

• Your current game, so it resumes after a reload or when you come back.
• Your statistics (games played, won, streaks).
• Your chosen card deck and the next pre-checked winnable deal.

A service worker caches the game files so it loads faster and works offline. You can clear all of this at any time from your browser's site-data settings; the game then starts fresh.

Analytics

We use anymetry, a privacy-focused analytics service, to count visits and understand which parts of the game are used. It records page views, the referring site, browser and operating system family, device type, country, and a handful of game events (a game started, won, or resumed, and whether it was Turn 1 or Turn 3). The analytics script sets no cookies and does not build a profile of you across other websites. We see aggregate numbers, not individuals.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare, which, like any web host, processes your IP address and request headers in order to deliver the pages and protect against abuse. Cloudflare's handling of that data is described in its privacy policy.

Third-party resources

The blog pages load the Bootstrap stylesheet and script from the jsDelivr content delivery network. Your browser makes a request to jsDelivr for those files; the game pages themselves load nothing from third parties other than the analytics script above.

What we never do

• Ask for your name, email address or any personal details.
• Sell, rent or share data with advertisers or data brokers.
• Show ads or embed advertising trackers.

Children

The site collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
